Louise has also received her Accounting Technician qualification recently which is of benefit to the firm and wider group. Louise currently works in our company secretarial and corporate services department assisting both domestic and international clients by managing their Company incorporations and tax registrations.Stephanie has over 25 years’ experience working in the company formation & corporate services sector. Her main areas of expertise are all things company secretarial and company incorporations. She has extensive experience in dealing with both domestic and international clients with leading and manging their set up process and ongoing company secretarial compliance.Caroline’s role is that of an Accounts Senior with Malone & Co. Having previously worked as an Account Manager in an International VAT reclaim company for over twelve years, Caroline pursued her IPASS and ATI exams in recent years. She holds the recognised professional qualification with both organisations and she currently manages all aspects of her client’s affairs including bookkeeping, VAT, RCT, payroll, accounts preparation and company secretarial.
